Product Community is an important channel to discuss things with the most active customers. Many product companies use third-party software to run the community, we use Discourse for Fibery Community.
Common things to have and discuss in the community:
Ideas and Features. This is the place where people can post new ideas, discuss them and vote for them.
Announcements. In this section we post Changelog , Public Roadmap and other important news.
Bugs and Issues. This is the place where people can post bugs and various product-related issues (most likely bugs).
Get Help. In this section people usually post problems about product use cases, how to setup Fibery for their process, etc.
Domain knowledge. In this section we try to share various ideas and information about our product domain.
Fibery has Discourse integration, but feedback collection and linking to Features not an easy process.
There is a mismatch between Features in Fibery and Posts in the community. Unification is not always possible and takes time.
Manual status updates of implemented Features and fixed Bugs.
