Create new rows and columns in text tables (fast)

Problem

Adding new rows into a text table is hard via mouse, hard to find, many clicks
Adding new rows via keyboard is impossible at all

2. Ctrl + Option + → - add column after
3. Ctrl + Option + ← - add column before
4. Ctrl + Option + ↓ - add row after
5. Ctrl + Option + ↑ - add row before
