Description
Problem
It should be possible to quickly create nested documents without left menu.
Solution
Add Document option into selector into # menu.
User can select existing Document or create a new one
When creating inside a Document or Entity, there should be text as a nested document after the document name
When creating from Search, there should be text in My Space after the document name and all new documents are created in My Space area (as a last view).
We do not add documents creation option into 'Insert a card' finder on Whiteboards so far.
When new document is created:
inside a document, it is added as a nested document into the current document and a reference is added to this document (it works same for entities now).
inside an entity, it is added into entities documents collection. If no Documents extension is installed in an entity, then we should install Document extension (it works already in left menu same way)
When existing document is referenced, it works as is, only reference is created and nesting is not changed.
NOTE: If a user deletes the reference, child document will still be here. It should be explicitly deleted.
