Description
Problems:
Users from the Design and Art department, Game Designers, Product and marketing managers worked with design need to have a view with a picture preview in order to:
Quick navigate to the item
See and understand the full picture of work
Collect and show ideas
Save pictures in Fibery with DnD
Solution:
Gallery view 🖼
Step 1
So far we will just display first (all?) image from Files extension.
Unit for Files in every database. (Later there will be more settings for a unit Customize how a Field is displayed (aka redesign units) )
Show this unit on top always. It should not be possible to drag and drop it. It will not moved to the bottom if disabled.
🚨 How to name a unit?

It should be NOT possible to show units in rows and columns.
🦄 Add this unit to whiteboards
NOTE: To make it work we should do one of the following:
Add DnD to Files extension at least so a user can put some desired image first.
ClickUp handles this via Pinned Image (see below)
This is also an option (invented by some of our customer):
Open questions:
🦄 DnD file from OS to a card to add it into Files collection?
🦄 DnD file from OS to a board to create new Entity? (in this case it will be much faster to collect refs/moodboards). Note how Airtable asks how many entities create!
Step 2
When Multiple Files Fields per Database will be implemented, we will allow user to select a specific File field as a cover image source.
Tech details
Main Use Cases
"Game Designer collects refs"
Use When a Game Designer finds the reference on the internet she wants to collect pictures to describe character or location so she copies images to the clipboard or saves it on the desktop. Then:
v.1 Drops pictures to the gallery view filtered by the "Characters" tag/ create a new entity and paste the image to the description.
"Product Designer writes spec and attaches design"
When a Designer writes a spec for a developer, she illustrates interface behavior so she drops assets (jpg, png, video files) to the specific entity or creates a new entity with these assets.
"Developer looking for the feature"
When a Developer looking for features for the development on the board so he wants to find it quickly, so he wants to see design preview.
"Team organizes Idea Bank"
When anyone from the team wants to save smth from slack and find this idea later, they create an entity and attached picture with Slack bot.

Solutions:
Add radio button in the gallery settings where gallery should take a preview from <fieldname> / from files. These controls become complicated when the user needs to visualize various types (Feature or User Story).
Alternative solutions
😐 S2. Save the first added picture from rich-text into Files Component~~ (or all pictures – Jira/TP behavior) and show pictures from files only, but we need to save pictures from rich-text there.~~
💩 S3~~. the first added picture from the first richedit only — ~~user can add a lot of rich text and change their places. It could be no rich-text at all. So it is not obvious how to change the picture preview. Change the rich-text order?
💩 S4. the first picture from richedit or from files if there's no any in richedit~~ — ~~the same reason. It's not clear how to change the source of the preview.

2. Add several card sizes for the gallery
Make this control without a Select Component. Change size on click

3. Create a gallery with predefined settings without redirect to the sidebar
Pick the lowest type from the scheme, large size.

4. Create an entity with an attachment on DnD in the Gallery in that field which was selected as a unit.\
Maybe later:
with attachment on DnD in any views (with a redirect to the console) depends on Search + link [+create]

4.2 Add to the existing entity
