Important update — September 2025
Unfortunately, the Referral Program has been deprecated. You can no longer generate new referral links or access the referral settings in your workspace.
However:
Previously saved and shared links still work.
Invitees who sign up via existing links can still receive $100 credits.
Referrers can still receive pending rewards if invitees meet the criteria.
Any earned credits (for both Invitees and Referrers) can still be used toward any paid Fibery plan.
All referral-related credits must be used before January 31, 2026 — after this date, they will expire permanently.

You can earn Fibery credits by referring others using your unique workspace referral link. These credits can be used to pay for your Fibery subscription. You cannot receive referral credits as cash or transfer them to another account.
How the Referral Program works
For you (Referrer):
Get $20 in credits when someone signs up using your referral link and creates a valid workspace.
Get an additional $100 in credits when the same person spends $100 on Fibery (excluding any bonus credits).
For the person you invite (Invitee):
Invitees receive a $100 bonus when they sign up using a referral link.
The Invitee credit is valid for 60 days.
Credits are typically granted and appear in their account within 24–48 hours after sign-up.
Using the Referral Program
You can no longer generate or access referral links from within Fibery, but any previously shared links will continue to work until January 31, 2026.
The referral link works at the workspace level. While it is unique to each workspace, it is not unique to each user within the workspace.
Tracking your referrals
You can no longer access the referral dashboard from the product. However, if your invitees sign up and qualify, you’ll still receive credits.
When new credits are granted to the workspace, all admins are notified via the Inbox.
If you have Available Credits, you will still be able to see them on Settings → Billing page.
Using your credits
To use credits, you must have an active Fibery subscription.

Referrers earn:
Referrer credits previously didn’t expire — but all referral-related credits will expire on January 31, 2026.
Preventing Abuse:
Referrals are subject to automated and manual verification.
Fibery may revoke any credits in case of suspected abuse, fraud, or self-referrals.
Accounts abusing the program may be suspended without notice.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will credits appear in my account?
Credits are applied within 24-48 hours after the qualifying action:
Invitee credits → after Invitee sign-up (if eligible)
$20 referrer bonus → after Invitee sign-up
$100 referrer reward → after Invitee spends $100
If you believe credits were not applied, please contact customer support.
Will I be notified when I receive credits?
Yes. All workspace admins receive notifications when a referral is successful.
Can I still get rewards from past referrals?
Yes — if you previously shared a referral link and someone signs up and qualifies, you can still receive and use the $20 and $100 bonuses. Just make sure it happens before January 31, 2026.
Can my invitee still get the $100 bonus?
Yes — as long as they use your existing referral link to sign up, they’ll get the $100 credit. They should also spend their credits before January 31, 2026.
I can’t find my referral link. Where is it?
Unfortunately, referral links are no longer accessible inside the product. :sad-file: If you didn’t save or share yours earlier, there’s no way to retrieve it now.
Where can I check how many credits I have?
If your workspace has any credits, you’ll see them on Settings → Billing page. They’ll be automatically applied to your next payment, and you’ll also see how many were used in your invoices.
Can I still use the credits I already have?
Yes — any referral-related credits you already received can still be used to pay for any Fibery plan or user seats. Just make sure to use them before January 31, 2026, after which they will expire.
Will Fibery introduce other ways to earn credits?
Maybe! While the current referral program is deprecated, we may experiment with other ways to reward users in the future.
