FAQ
Why do images disappear when I paste content from Fibery into Outlook or another email client?
When you copy content from a Fibery document, the clipboard contains HTML with links to images, not the image files themselves. This is a common approach used by rich-text editors to preserve formatting and keep references to the original images.
Some applications - such as Outlook - do not resolve these image links when pasting, so the images may appear blank after the paste.
If you need the images in your email, copy them individually from Fibery and paste them into the email separately. When copied on their own, images are placed on the clipboard as binary data, which email clients can display correctly.
