Create a new Board View and select Highlight as Cards database. You can use Highlights fields as usual to group entities, here we group Highlights by Severity:
Whiteboard View
You can add Highlights to Whiteboard and organize them spatially. Click Multi Entity insert action, select Highlights space and select Highlight database. You can open Highlights and move them around.

Feed View
Feed View with Highlights might be useful if you want to track and read new Highlights. Create new Feed View, select Highlights as a database, sort by creation date:
Table view
To view all requests from a specific customer, use the Highlights database as your source. Then apply a filter where Customer = [Customer Name].
Customer field is most likely a formula you created, and it's taken from Source. If you need help to configure that - please, let us know.
You likely won’t need the Name field for this view, but it’s helpful to include Source, Target, and Date to get a complete picture of each request.
Here’s an example of how the filtered view might look:
In a similar way you can create other views, like List, Table, and even Report.
