Fibery also supports dehydration for files in Zapier, so you can create Zaps that extracts files from Fibery entity and sends them as attachments via email, for example.
Please, note, that:
Some file fields may not accept text.
Files larger than 100 MB may result in a time out error.
You can only add 1 file per field. If you need to add additional files, you’ll need to add separate action steps.
FAQ
Is it possible to set single-select value by name during Update Entity?
We don't support setting single-select value by name during Update Entity Zapier Action. You must retrieve id of corresponding single-select value and paste it to the Zapier form.
How can I find the UUID for a Single Select value to use in Zapier?
If you need a specific value's UUID for a Zapier configuration, you can retrieve it directly from the Fibery UI:
Navigate to an Entity View where that specific Select value is already chosen.
Hold Alt and click on the value name.
You will be redirected to that value's specific Entity View.
Hold Alt again and click the UUID in the top-left corner to copy it.
How do I delete or archive an entity via Zapier?
Fibery does not currently offer a native "Delete" action within Zapier. To manage this, you have two primary workarounds:
Create a "Status" or "Workflow" field called Archive and filter these entities out of your active views.
Use Zapier to set a specific Checkbox or Flag on the entity in Fibery. Then, create a native Fibery Automation triggered by that flag to perform the final deletion.
